Terms & Conditions

1. General
In these terms and conditions: "Hexagon Events" means Hexagon Events "we" means Hexagon Events (and "us" and "our" shall be interpreted accordingly); and "you" means any person purchasing services from Hexagon Events subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Our Responsibilities
2.1 Subject to the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, Hexagon Events is responsible for making arrangements for your itinerary, including transportation, sightseeing and accommodation.

2.2 If the services included in your package cannot be supplied for any reason or if there are changes in the itinerary that are beyond our control, Hexagon Events shall use all reasonable endeavours to arrange for the substitution of alternate comparable services.

3. Package Prices
3.1 Package prices are based upon the rates that are available to us at the time of enquiry and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Increases due to international currency fluctuations or price changes imposed by third parties will be passed on to you in all cases, but we will notify such increases to you prior to commencement of our services wherever possible.

3.3 Changes in the itinerary (including hotel or services) are not likely, but we reserve the right to make such changes as may be necessary for your comfort and safety.

4. Booking and Payment
4.1Full payment is due upon booking, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Payment is to be made in pounds sterling only via credit card, cheque or bank transfer, payable in each case to Hexagon Events.

4.3 We are pleased to accept payment by the following cards:- VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH

Hexagon Events will confirm reservations by fax, mail or e-mail upon receipt of your booking request and cleared payment.

5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 It is your responsibility to collect tickets and/or other items from the agreed pick up point.

5.2 All information provided is correct at the time of booking, but Hexagon Events is unable to notify changes made by third parties to advertised times of travel and/or events. We therefore recommend that you check such times before travel.

5.3 If you experience problems with tickets or accommodation, you must call us as soon as possible on 0845 230 4454. Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, Hexagon Events will accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss, expense, damage or delay resulting from any event that has not been notified to us in this manner.

5.4 You are responsible for the safekeeping of all tickets and other documents provided to you by Hexagon Events, and you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses that we incur in replacing tickets and other documents lost through your own deliberate or careless acts or omissions.

5.5 Where we specify that any document must be returned to Hexagon Events, you must return such document to the address specified in clause 1 of these terms and conditions by Special Delivery post (or any equivalent secure method) immediately upon completion of the relevant event or services. You agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses that we incur in replacing tickets and other documents not returned to us in this manner (and for the avoidance of doubt time shall be of the essence for the purposes of this clause 5.5).

6. Cancellations
6.1 Hexagon Events makes bookings with its suppliers as soon as your booking is confirmed and payment has been received. We regret therefore that we are only able to make cancellations and refunds in accordance with the express policies of the relevant suppliers.

6.2 Notwithstanding the generality of clause 5.1, where an event has been cancelled, Hexagon Events will only be able to return payments already made where refunds have been provided by the club or other event organiser.

7. Limitations and Exclusions
7.1 In accepting and retaining tickets, reservations or bookings after issue you are consenting to the exclusions and restrictions set out in these terms, and you agree to notify such exclusions and restrictions to your travelling companions or group members.

7.2 Hexagon Events acts as an intermediary of certain persons or companies in selling services that Hexagon Events does not directly supply. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing such services are independent contractors, and are not the employees, agents, or servants of Hexagon Events, or otherwise affiliated in any way.

7.3 Hexagon Events cannot be responsible for (and shall not be liable for) breach of contract or any other act or omissions (whether intentional or careless) on the part of suppliers or other third parties which may result in any loss, expense, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travelling companions or group members.

7.4 Hexagon Events cannot be held responsible for any disruption of travel and/or related services due to monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labour problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climactic conditions, local laws, diseases or other unforeseen circumstances or conditions. In such circumstances, refunds or credits will not be issued for any unused services or arrangements. If matches are cancelled due to bad weather, no rain checks will be issued.

7.5 No features or benefits beyond those specifically mentioned are included in our services, including without limitation:-

(i)   meals and sightseeing, unless expressly specified in your itinerary;
(ii)   passport or visa fees;
(iii)   sundry tips and personal expenses;
(iv)   airport or departure taxes; and/or
(v)   insurance, including without limitation travel, baggage or other personal insurance. You are advised to make your own arrangements for such insurance.

8. Participants
In order to ensure smooth running and enjoyable programs, Hexagon Events reserves the right to refuse applications from and/or terminate the booking of any person or persons whose conduct is or is in its reasonable opinion likely to be prejudicial to the well-being or interests of its customers or any other person.

9. Travel
All travel documents issued by Hexagon Events are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the individual suppliers and carriers and are subject also to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

10. Variations
No person other than an authorised representative of Hexagon Events is authorised to vary, add or waive any term or condition set out herein.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of England and Wales
